Electric superbike
A sports electric motorcycle featuring aerodynamic bodywork and a high-speed-oriented layout. The chassis is built around a tubular steel space frame that mounts the battery pack, steering head, and a cast-aluminum swingarm. The front suspension utilizes a 43 mm inverted fork with adjustable spring preload, compression, and rebound damping, while the rear features a monoshock with adjustable preload and rebound. It rides on cast aluminum wheels—3.5 × 17 inches front and 5.5 × 17 inches rear—fitted with 120/70 ZR17 and 180/55 ZR17 tires. Braking is handled by dual 330 mm floating front discs with four-piston radial calipers and a single 240 mm rear disc with a two-piston caliper. The powertrain consists of an oil-cooled, three-phase AC permanent-magnet electric motor delivering 110 kW at 6,000 rpm and 215 Nm of torque. Power is transmitted to the rear wheel via a single-stage chain drive with a 16/44 ratio. Energy is supplied by a lithium-polymer battery with a maximum capacity of 21.5 kWh (nominal capacity: 18.9 kWh); the battery pack features a cell monitoring system and liquid thermal management. During operation, the battery delivers direct current to the power inverter, which converts it into three-phase current for the electric motor; the resulting torque is transmitted directly to the rear wheel via the chain drive. The top speed is limited to 240 km/h, and the motorcycle weighs approximately 270 kg.
