The innovative twin-shaft, bypass turbofan engine with a geared fan drive is a cutting-edge solution for modern aviation, combining power and environmental friendliness. With a dry weight of 2,800 kg and a length of 3.5 m, the powerplant generates 110 kN of thrust. The model's key advantage is its planetary gearbox with a 3:1 gear ratio, allowing the highly efficient turbine to operate at 9,000 rpm and the two-meter fan to operate at an optimal 3,000 rpm. This reduces noise levels by 75% and decreases fuel consumption by 20%. The fan, with 20 carbon fiber blades and titanium fairings, generates 80% of the thrust at a high bypass ratio of 12:1. The airflow is compressed in a three-stage low-pressure compressor and an eight-stage high-pressure compressor, where compression reaches 50 times. An annular combustion chamber with 20 air-jet injectors and two spark plugs ensures complete, soot-free combustion. The engine is fully adapted to synthetic kerosene made from recycled municipal waste and plastic.
