Front loader

A medium-sized, electric-powered crawler bulldozer designed for excavating, moving, and grading soil, preparing construction sites, and performing heavy earthmoving operations. The bulldozer's design includes a reinforced track frame, two tracks, a hydraulically controlled front dozer blade, and an operator's cab. The machine is equipped with a 170 kW diesel engine, which powers an electric propulsion system. The electric drive transfers power to the tracks without a traditional mechanical transmission, using an electric drive based on a switchable reluctance motor. Traction is controlled by an electronic system that regulates the speed and torque of the drive elements depending on the load. This allows the bulldozer to smoothly vary traction force and efficiently utilize engine power when working the soil. Compared to a conventional mechanical transmission, the electric drive has significantly fewer moving parts, reducing mechanical losses, thermal load, and the number of components requiring maintenance. The front dozer moves materials with a capacity of 5.8 m³. The crawler undercarriage distributes the machine's weight over a large support surface, reducing ground pressure and ensuring stability when working on soft and uneven surfaces. The bulldozer's operating weight is 23.5 tons.
