Sports car '50s Cult

A two-seater, rear-wheel-drive electric sports car in 1950s style. The body is made of lightweight fiberglass and mounted on a rigid, monocoque chassis. A lithium-ion battery pack is located in the front. The battery is connected to a power inverter, which converts direct current to alternating current to power the traction motor. The electric motor is mounted near the rear axle and transmits torque to the rear wheels through a gearbox, providing a classic sports car rear-wheel drive configuration. The powertrain management system regulates the frequency and voltage of the electric motor depending on the position of the accelerator pedal, ensuring smooth changes in traction. The suspension includes independent wheel mechanisms, springs, and shock absorbers. The car weighs 1,000 kg, the battery capacity is 60 kWh, and the electric motor output is 350 kW. Thanks to the high torque of the electric motor, the car is capable of powerful acceleration from low revs. The car's exterior features a long hood, short rear, and the characteristic proportions of a two-seater grand tourer from the 1950s. The front end is rounded with a low-slung grille. The sides flow smoothly from the front fenders to the compact rear, and the flared wheel arches emphasize the car's sporty character. The interior, designed for two, features a traditional sports car layout: a large three-spoke steering wheel in front of the driver, followed by an analog instrument cluster with a large tachometer and speedometer. The central section of the dashboard houses additional gauges, switches, and controls. The seats feature generous lateral support and are trimmed in leather, while polished metal and wood trim accentuate the classic character of the interior. The high dashboard position and minimal auxiliary elements maintain a direct connection between the driver and the car.
